The holders of the Kanban Canada Product Owner certification have demonstrated a fundamental level of understanding the role of the Product Owner and general practices associated with this role in an Agile organization.

The online exam consists of 47 MCQ questions; it is a closed book, individual and timed exercise.

It has a time limit of 45 minutes and it has to be taken in one sitting.

The passing grade is 70%.

The cost of the exam is $99 CAD. All proceedings go towards the continuous development and support of the Kanban Canada Certification Program. This is a not-for-profit program.

This certification is valid for 3 years.

TAKING YOUR TEST:

​

By writing this online certification exam you  agree to the conditions below:

• I am taking this exam alone. No other person is present or will assist me with answering the exam questions.

• I will not use any resources, online or in a printed format, to help me answer the exam questions.

• I will not write down or take screen captures or otherwise share any question that is on the exam.

• Before taking your Test, make sure you are in an environment where you will not be disturbed.

• Your answers are saved as you submit each one, not at the end of the Test. This means you will not lose any work. 

• As the Test has a time limit, you will see a countdown timer at the top of each page. If you run out of Time, the Test will be finished automatically and any answers on the current page will also be submitted for you so you will not lose any work. Avoid using the browser back button as this will not work.

• The Test is set to allow you to go back to Previous questions, use the “Previous” button which will be under your Questions.

 

HOW TO AVOID BEING LOGGED OUT OF A TEST:

• Stay connected to the Internet during your Test.

• Do not click away from the Test until you have submitted your answers and finished the Test.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

• If your Test page freezes, you can always click refresh on your web browser and the Test will again load on the same Question/s you were on.

• If your Computer or Web browser has a problem or they are closed, using the same Web browser, re-open your Web browser go to the Start Link for the Test and you will be taken back to the last question you were on, where you will be able to resume your Test.

• I have saved my Test but how do I resume it? Some Tests have the option to “Save and finish later”. To resume your Test, go back to the Tests' Start Link and select the Resume option to log in and finish your Test.

• I have forgotten my password! Use the Forgot password link and follow the instructions. Remember: Check your Spam folder for the reset password email just in case!

 

PAYING FOR YOUR TEST:

• When paying for a Test, you will pay in a 'Pop Up' Window with your Credit card or PayPal account.

• After successfully paying for your Test, click the close button to close the 'Pop Up'  payment window and then select 'Continue' to continue to your Test. If the Continue button does not take you to your Test, refresh your browser window and Click continue again. If you still cannot access your Test, go back to the Test start Link and select to Start the Test again with the same Email address and Password and you will then be able to take the Test without the Payment option because your Email address will be marked as Paid.
